January 7, 2010 I had no heat and called Kooch Heating and Air. Greg came out immediately; 
i had to replace the furnace since humidifier leaked into the core and fried all components.
 I was lucky not to have a fire . Greg replaced the unit the next day with an energy efficient model and helped with all documentation for my insurance company. He also reminded me of the tax credit that I may get for my new furnace. I was not a home when he and his son replaced the unit, but reviewing the area of install I was impressed with the cleanliness of the area. It was better than it was before they worked there. Now the humidifier is in the appropriate place so the problem will never occur again. Greg also returned with invoice and advised me to the settings of equipment, warranty, etc. He also inspected my attic to advise me of any insulation issues I may have in my home due to the heat loss I had been experiencing.
